Step 2: Walk to the public pick-up area
The Auckland staff will pick you up at Auckland International Airport or Auckland domestic airports, depending on your flight information.

After coming out from the International Arrivals exit of the airport, walk straight to the right hand side, find Gate 3 or Gate 4 and exit the airport hall;

After crossing the zebra crossing, you can reach the Public Drop Off & Pick Up area.

After arriving at the domestic airport, walk to Gate 4 of the airport and exit the airport hall. After crossing the zebra crossing, you can arrive at the Public Drop Off & Pick Up area.

Step 3: Wait for the staff for about 5mins
The staff will send the photo of the pick-up vehicle and the license plate number to the WeChat group.

After picking up your luggage, contacting customer service, and notifying the number of colleagues, go to the waiting area for the shuttle bus outside (Door 2) No.2, and wait for the shuttle bus to take you to the store;



Step 3: Wait for vehicles for public drop off & pick up
The store is about 5 minutes from the airport, so please wait for vehicles for public drop off & pick up in the waiting area. The staff will send the photo of vehicles for public drop off & pick up to the WeChat group, or call to inform the license plate number.
The Christchurch store is located at 153 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch, which is 5 minutes from the airport. Guests travelling on domestic flights in New Zealand are advised to drop off 1.5 hours before departure, and those on international flights are advised to drop off 2.5 hours in advance. After the car inspection, the store attendant will take the guest to the airport.

After taking your luggage, please move to the Transfers area and wait for pick-up;
The Transfer area is at the leftmost corner facing the terminal building, outside the check-in counter.
The Transfers area can be found according to the airport guidelines.

The staff will send the photo of vehicles for public drop off & pick up to the WeChat group, or call to inform the license plate number.
