This Delica D5, positioned by Mitsubishi as a minivan (VAN) model that can go off-road, has a wheelbase of 2,850mm, a minimum ground clearance of 185mm, a minimum turning radius of 5.6m, and is fully equipped with Mitsubishi's four-wheel drive system. In terms of power, the whole system only has a diesel engine with a displacement of 2267cc and a compression ratio of 14.4, which can output 145 horsepower and a steady power of up to 380Nm, and because it is a diesel engine, the torque at low speed is extremely abundant, while saving considerable fuel. 

It also adopts a new fuel injection system, and the fuel pressure does not decrease during auto start/stop, ensuring a consistent engine restart. 

While taking into account the smooth driving and fast response of the front suspension optimization, the rear suspension shock damping is increased and the spring characteristics are adjusted, which allows the spring to absorb small vibrations while the reinforced shock damping can effectively reduce the excess bouncing up and down of the body, achieving both off-road and on-road ride comfort. 

As per Mitsubishi's positioning, this is a minivan equipped with All Wheel Control (AWC)'s four-wheel drive system, which distributes the engine torque rationally to each required wheel according to the driver's directional rotation and road conditions, thus achieving stable driving performance and linear handling performance on all road surfaces. 

Whether it is dry or wet, or muddy and snowy, you can be assured of safe and effective driving. 

At the same time, because the Delica D5 itself handles vibration and noise quite well, the overall driving and riding feeling is also very quiet. 

In terms of interior, the consistently comfortable Mitsubishi feeling may be better than the previous Mitsubishi models. The exterior is grand, the interior is warm, and the mahogany-style interior and diamond-shaped lattice seats are designed to meet the needs of family use feeling in Japanese models.
